All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for assistance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
